In the morning, at work, in the bathroom, while exercising, washing the dishes, spending time with your family… Imagine these scenarios without your loyal companion: your smart phone! Impossible, right?
New age technology, including smart phones has undoubtedly simplified our lives. Everything you need is ‘just a scroll or click away’. It’s a fact that the majority of world population is addicted to their smart phones, and would rather give up sex than their beloved smarty.

Insomnia
Every teenager goes to bed with their smart phone in their hands. Let’s not limit to teenagers only, but lately there seem to be more and more adults who can’t imagine sleeping without their phone near them! Who can get enough sleep when Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat are so much more interesting? Reading the latest gossip, chatting with friends or late night instagraming is something that everybody does. And just before you know it, it’s time to get up and go to school or work. Night after night- no sleep at all. Soon enough you’ll be insomniac. So when you go to sleep, really sleep! Leave your phone on the charger, and charge your batteries as well-get a good night’s sleep!
Insomnia can lead to depression
Sleep habits are closely connected with depression. Researches show that the less sleep you get, the chances of anxiety or depression are higher. What’s alarming is the fact that the white light on the cell phones can actually cause suicidal behavior!
Limits the brain development
Why bother doing math when you can calculate everything on your phone? Why going the hard way to come up with a solution on a certain problem when you can read all about it- on your phone! Nobody needs creative thinking; your smart phone will give you everything you need. Well think about how all this limits your brain functions.
The best advice anyone can give you: Limit the influence that your smart phone has on you, don’t let smart phones limit you!
