Meet Elizabeth Sweetheart, the green lady from Brooklyn who is obsessed with anything that is- yes, you’ve guessed it-green.
You may have a limit to when things start being ‘too green’, but for her sky is the limit when green is in question. Elizabeth Sweetheart, also known as the green lady from Brooklyn started from the bottom now she’s here: owning everything green!
Since Elizabeth was a child she had difficulties getting her parent to understand her. The dream of a child to become an artist weren’t supported by her father. She was raised by her grandparents and she was influenced by her grandmother who taught her how to paint and make her own clothes.
Ms. Sweetheart believes that happiness lies in the colors. She once used to dress up in vintage dresses in all kinds of colors until she choose the one that best suited her- green. Since then, everything started being green- her bathroom, where there were green towels, the bed with green linens, closets full of green clothing, green hair products and tiny little green soups.
For some this may seem as a green obsession, but for her it happened naturally. Moreover, it is what gets her through the rough times. It may be unusual to see a 76 year old granny with green hair, but it is certainly lovely. People meet her up on the streets and are asking to take selfies with her. So basically, she’s spreading light and happiness wherever she appears.
I don’t know about you, but 50 shades of green is better than 50 shades of grey! Keep it up granny, green is the color.
