Enthusiasts of the ridiculously famous ‘Men in Black’ movie franchise might only be faintly knowledgeable the action-comedy film is rooted from a long chronicle of accounts about UFO witnesses encountering the supposed, mysterious beings. Amongst the most convincing reports happened in 2009 at the Sheraton Hotel near Niagara Falls, bordering Canada and New York.
Accounts of the Men In Black or MIB started to become famous from 1950 to 1960. Although, the same incidents have been recorded for hundreds of years, with early reports usually connected with witchcraft or demonic beliefs.
In 2009, a security video footage of two supposed Men In Blacks getting into a lobby of the Sheraton Hotel near the Niagara Falls was published on YouTube. An investigation performed by the Washington-based UFO research organization, The Ariel Phenomenon Investigations, says the supposed MIB went into the building on May 15 and requested to talk to the hotel’s general manager, who with another employee working as security, had seen a triangle-shaped UFO hover leisurely and quietly above the hotel 7 months earlier.
The two men spoke to the hotel’s bellman, who informed them that the hotel manager was on a day off that day. He said the two strange-looking seemed to not believe what he said and started wandering inside the hotel, searching for the hotel manager. When he came back from doing some hotel chores, they were already long gone.
The manager came back to work the following day, and the hotel bellman narrated what happened the day before and how he was ‘freaked out’ from the two men, who he reported was really pale, tall, and similar in looks and clothes, including the same trench coats and hats.
Doubtful, yet scared, the hotel manager checked the security room and closely watched surveillance video recordings of the day before. He found the scene of the two supposed MIBs walking into the front entrance of the hotel.
The following day, a second hotel employee requested to exclusively talk with the manager and recalled her experience with the two men. When they questioned her where the manager is, she said they started to talk about things that did not make sense, about conspiracies and governments. She became afraid when she observed that the two men had no eyebrows, no facial hair, “no nothing”. She added that it looked like they wore wigs which were connected to their black hats.
She also described how blue and big their eyes were, and sensed the men were hypnosis. While continuing to describe the encounter, she became distressed and started crying on how she felt they were capable of reading what she was thinking and that she tried to stop thinking of the manager. She also added how they did not blink even once.
The Ariel Phenomenon Investigations ended their inquiry of the sightings and the following supposed MIB encounter remained unsolved. The organization has been widely criticized for posting the supposed case. The evidence of the MIB encounter solely depended on the manager’s report, which couldn’t be verified, though their investigation finished that he was a credible source.
